In the previous build, the game was configured to use “Direct3D 12” instead of “Direct3D 11.” Apparently, this caused a huge number of problems for many players, ranging from the game crashing at launch, to crashing when loading into the school, to crashing when opening the Student Info menu. Wow! What a mess! I had no idea that upgrading to Direct3D 12 could have those side-effects. I’ve decided to revert back to Direct3D 11 and release a new build.
